Welcome to SpenVest. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpenVest website, platform, and private beta services (“Services”). By accessing or using SpenVest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

About SpenVest

SpenVest is developing a loyalty, rewards, and business growth platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The platform is currently operating in private beta, and features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. SpenVest does not provide financial, investment, banking, or credit services.

Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A business owner, operator, or authorized representative

By registering for the beta, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the business you submit.

Beta Program Status

SpenVest is currently in beta testing. This means:

  • The platform may be incomplete
  • Features may change or be removed
  • Data, calculations, or outputs may be inaccurate
  • Downtime or errors may occur

You acknowledge that you are using an early-stage system and agree to participate at your own discretion.

No Financial or Investment Advice

SpenVest does not:

  • Offer investment advice
  • Provide financial advice
  • Offer securities, shares, or regulated financial products
  • Guarantee profits, revenue, or returns

All information provided by SpenVest is for general platform operation and beta testing only.

Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant or participant, you are responsible for:

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Your own tax, accounting, and legal obligations
  • Any customer interactions or transactions outside of SpenVest

SpenVest does not act as your agent, bank, or financial intermediary.

Platform Use

We may suspend or remove access at any time during beta without notice.
